Private Jets vs. First Class

Medevac Aircraft
Unlike traditional Medevac aircraft, the cabin is configured for 360-degree access to the patient, which means that the examination table is positioned in the center of the cabin rather than against one of the walls. Additional features include extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (an advanced life-support technology), an infant incubator bed, X-ray viewing equipment, and refrigerator storage cabinets. Powered gurney loading systems are available on the stairs of the aircraft, and there are berths for the medical and flight crews in the cabin.
Cargo Aircraft
Idōs Aviation's B747-400 cargo jet fleet is equipped with a large cargo door and nose loading capability for oversized payloads. In addition to being able to transport cargo exceeding 100 tons and having a flight range of around 14 hours, the B747-400 is an ideal aircraft for disaster relief and quick response delivery of large quantities of cargo.
