Welcome to the idōs, LLC (“idōs”) website.
By accessing or using this site (including any page, blog, subdomain, or online service operated by idōs), you agree to the following notices and disclaimers, in addition to the idōs Terms of Service and Platform Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use this site.

1. No Liability for Use of This Site

The idōs website and all information made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Neither idōs nor its contributors, affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any:

When you leave an idōs site, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the destination site.

idōs does not warrant that:

7. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

Subject to applicable law and any specific terms on a given page, idōs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

Unauthorized access to or use of any idōs computing system or service may violate criminal and/or civil laws.
By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that:

· your access and use may be monitored, logged, and reviewed for security, operational, and compliance purposes;

· all HTTP/HTTPS and related access may be recorded; and

· if monitoring reveals evidence of possible criminal or unauthorized activity, idōs may provide such evidence to law enforcement or pursue other appropriate action.

If you are not authorized to use this system, or if you exceed your authorized use, you should exit immediately.

9. Software & Downloads

Any software, scripts, code samples, documents, or other downloadable materials made available through this site (“Software”) are provided “as is” and “with all faults.”

idōs makes no representations or warranties that:

1. the Software will meet your requirements;

2. the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

3. results obtained from the Software will be effective, accurate, or reliable;

4. the quality of the Software will meet your expectations; or

5. any errors or defects will be corrected.

You are solely responsible for:

· determining compatibility of the Software with your systems;

· protecting your equipment, networks, and data; and

· maintaining appropriate backups.

idōs assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from your use, modification, or distribution of any Software or code made available through this site.

In no event shall idōs or its employees, vendors, or partners be liable for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including loss of use, data, or profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of any Software or downloads.

By downloading or using any Software, scripts, documents, presentations, audio, images, or code from this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
